Biden gave a shoutout to Speaker Pelosi and said she’s the “finest” Speaker in the history of the country.

“It’s wonderful to see Speaker Pelosi. I’m mildly prejudiced, I think she’s the finest Speaker in the history of the country,” said Biden.
