This post on TRUTH Social followed Trump’s comments the day before in Ireland, where he publicly urged Ukraine to stop striking Russian diesel refineries, saying those attacks were contributing to a global diesel shortage.

But Ukraine lied.
Ukrainian leader Zelensky always lies.

On Sunday morning Ukraine bombed the the Kapotnya Oil Refinery in Moscow.

 

Ukraine has targeted and struck Russian oil facilities more than 300 times since February 24, 2022, with a cumulative total of 305 by June 2026.

Breakdown by war year:

** 92 in 2024 (cumulative 108),
** 138 in 2025 (cumulative 246),
** 59 from February–June 2026. (cumulative 305)

The Moscow plant, which has been targeted multiple times, processed 11.6 million metric tons of oil in 2024, producing 2.9 million tons of gasoline and 3.2 million tons of diesel, the latest available data shows.

At one point, Ukrainian attacks knocked roughly 20% of Russia’s refining capacity offline. Now, Moscow’s largest refinery is being hit again. UKRAINE IS TAKING THE OIL WAR DEEP INSIDE RUSSIA.
And if the attacks begin taking Russian refining capacity offline faster than Moscow can repair or reroute production, that could hit global fuel markets.
