Mother-of-four, 54, is reported to police for live streaming party on Facebook after inviting neighbours over because they needed 'morale boost' during lockdown

A neighbourhood party in Wales that was live streamed on Facebook was shut down by police for breaking coronavirus lockdown rules.
Mandy Higgins, 54, held the gathering at her home in Corwen, Denbighshire, and filmed and uploaded it to the internet.
The mother of four said the people involved were her family members but admitted she 'probably shouldn't have done it'.
Ms Higgins said she and the others just wanted to cheer themselves up during the lockdown.

Three women and two men dance, drink and play music in Ms Higgins's garden in the video.
Two women play the bass guitar and drums while another sings and poses for selfies with one of the men.
The other man joins to play the electric guitar before the clip cuts to a woman twerking while a man sips from a bottle of rosé wine.
Meanwhile, Ms Higgins continues to film as the six people enjoy a barbecue in the sun.
Ms Higgins claimed all the people in the footage are her family and that they all live together 'in the same cul de sac'.
She said: 'Those in the footage are all the people that I live with, well not live with, but we live in the same cul de sac. They are my family, my son, brother and niece is in the footage.
'I didn't get close to them as I'm holding the phone filming it but I suppose we shouldn't have done it but we were feeling low and we needed a morale boost.
'When the police came they were very nice to us and told us to turn the music down and told us about social distancing, they knew us as a family.'
'We knocked the party on the head then. Our morale was just low, it will never happen again,' she told North Wales Live.
A spokesman for North Wales Police confirmed that an address in Clawdd Poncen had been visited by officers, and that family members were found in the garden.
The spokesman added: 'Further patrols were carried out into the evening in the area.'
The video prompted outrage on Twitter. Gareth Hughes wrote: 'In situations like this then fines of £1000 should be charged to each participant and perhaps other people will be deterred from breaking the rules in this way'

The video prompted outrage from people on Twitter accusing the family of being 'covidiots'.
Roger Williams wrote: 'In situations like this then fines of £1000 should be charged to each participant and perhaps other people will be deterred from breaking the rules in this way.'
Gareth Hughes said: 'Dopey bunch of Covidiots. There are literally millions of us who would love to throw a party, but we sensibly don't.
'Police show remarkable restraint imho, should have fined them straight away.'
The news comes after Everton footballer Moise Keane uploaded footage of a party at his Cheshire apartment to social media platform Snapchat.
Keane, 20, could face a £100,000 fine from the club for flouting lockdown rules with the party, which featured women believed to be models.
The club said: ‘Everton Football Club was appalled to learn of an incident in which a first-team player ignored Government guidance and club policy in relation to the coronavirus crisis.
‘The amazing people in the NHS deserve the utmost respect for their hard work and sacrifice. The best way to show them respect is by doing everything we can to protect them.’
