‘Not Enough’: Pro-Drag Queen ‘Nuns’ Dodgers Announce ‘Christian Faith And Family Day.’ Give Me A Break.

Whoever runs the Los Angeles Dodgers promotional events department must think Christians are a bunch of schmucks.

On Friday, after a week of condemnation for re-inviting the deviant anti-Roman Catholic drag group “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,” the Dodgers announced that the team would be hosting “Christain Faith And Family Day” in July. Bishop Robert Barron from the Diocese of Winona-Rochester was not buying it.

Not enough, @Dodgers,” he tweeted. “If you really want to reach out to Christians, don’t celebrate anti-Christian hate groups.”

President of Live Action Lila Rose also flatly rejected the appeasement offering.

“This doesn’t make up for publicly, sexually degrading nuns and sponsoring an anti-Christian hate group,” she tweeted. “To make real amends, apologize, cut ties with the LGBT hate group you awarded, and donate some of your significant revenue to real sisters who are serving the poor.”

Dodgers pitchers Clayton Kershaw, who is a Christian, tweeted that he was “excited” about the event.

The Federalist’s’ Mollie Hemmingway bluntly said in reply, “Are you going to reuse the cross from the blasphemous pole dance performed by the anti-Catholic hate group the Dodgers are honoring in June?”

The “Christian Faith and Family Day” announcement came after the aforementioned Barron called for a boycott of the team.

On Thursday, Barron tweeted, “Friends, it’s hard to imagine anything more offensive than some of the behavior of the ‘Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,’ which I think can only be described as an anti-Catholic hate group.”

As has now been extensively covered, the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” are made up of adult men who dress as perverted nuns. In turn, they openly sexualize Jesus Christ and degrade Mary Mother of God while disparaging other key components of the Roman Catholic faith and encourage “sexual liberation.”

“Anti-Catholicism is the last acceptable prejudice in America, and we shouldn’t tolerate it,” Barron also stated.

Indeed, it’s good to see that Barron didn’t cave after the Dodgers’ embarrassing attempt to stave off any more damage to the team’s brand.
