Chinese-Backed “Fact-Checker” Lead Stories Lies About Testimony of Pfizer Official in EU Parliament in Attempt Save Big Pharma

They told us that you had to get the clot shot or we would kill grandma.  They said you had to get the shot or you would lose your job because you were jeopardizing society. Millions of people were coerced to get the COVID Vaccine or risk their livelihood.  Millions more were forced to show a vaccine passport to travel, to work, to eat at restaurants.

Big Tech and Big Pharma continue to silence opinions they deem unacceptable even when the testimony of company officials in the EU Parliament.  In their latest efforts to protect Big Pharma, they are hiding behind a Chinese-backed Lead Stories ‘fact-check’ to flag posts that shared the shocking revelations by a Pfizer director in the EU parliament.  The Pfizer director revealed that the COVID vaccine was not tested on its ability to prevent transmission.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the shocking admission by Pfizer’s president of international developed markets, Janine Small after questioning from Robert “Rob” Roos, a politician from the Netherlands who is also a member of the European Parliament.

During the hearing, Ross asked Small if the Pfizer COVID vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market.

“Was the Pfizer Covid vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market? If not, please say it clearly. If yes, are you willing to share the data with this committee? And I really want straight answer. Yes or no?” Ross asked.

Janine Small responded while giggling nervously, “Regarding the question around did we know about stopping immunization before it entered the market? No. We have to really move at the speed of science to really understand what is taking place in the market.”

“If you don’t get vaccinated, you’re antisocial. This is what the Dutch prime minister and health minister told us. You don’t get vaccinated just for yourself, but also for others. You do it for all of society, that’s what they said. Today, this turned out to be complete nonsense. ” Roos said in his viral bombshell video posted on Twitter.

“This removed the entire legal basis for the covert passport. The COVID passport that led to massive institutional discrimination as people lost access to essential parts of society. I find this to be shocking, even criminal,” Roos added.

The Gateway Pundit was one of the news media that broke the story. When TGP shared the story on social media, readers were met with a warning that the information was ‘false information’ based on a ‘fact check’ by Lead Stories.

Lead Stories fact-checker Madison Dapcevich twists herself into a pretzel to create a reason to get unacceptable views removed from social media.

According to her Lead Stories article:

Did a Pfizer representative “admit” the company erred when its COVID-19 vaccine was “never tested on preventing transmission” of the virus during clinical trials? No, that’s not true. Vaccine clinical trials for drug approval didn’t test that. Clinical trials are intended to check the safety and efficacy of new drugs and vaccines before they are approved for widespread use. Testing for the prevention of disease transmission is not typically part of initial trials, according to vaccine experts. In this case, the vaccine’s ability to prevent transmission was assessed later in the roll-out of the vaccine, which was developed in response to a worldwide pandemic.

Clinical trials do not test transmissibility

While Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were shown to protect against illness and severe disease, the Association of American Medical Colleges notes vaccine clinical trials are not “designed to test whether any of the trial participants contracted COVID-19 but showed no symptoms.”

In short, the trials that tested the safety and efficacy of the vaccine were not designed to test transmission in part because the trial size and duration would have needed to be larger and longer and the goal was to prevent deaths.

It is not true that the vaccines’ ability to prevent transmission was never studied.

Dapcevich’s does not appear to have a background in the medical field.  According to her bio:

Raised on an island in southeast Alaska, Madison grew up a perpetually curious tidepooler and has used that love of science and innovation in her now full-time role as a science reporter for the fact-checking publication Lead Stories.

Before debunking digital rumors, Madison worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., reported on agricultural issues throughout the Rocky Mountains, and covered breaking science news in the tech sector of San Francisco. (Before all of that she was once a deckhand on an Alaskan commercial fishing vessel, but that’s a story for another day.)

Madison’s reporting has been featured in several publications, including those published during her staff positions at Snopes, EcoWatch, and IFLScience, and as a freelancer for TIME and Business Insider, among others. She holds a master’s degree in environmental science and natural resource journalism from the University of Montana, as well as a graduate certificate in natural resource conflict resolution. Madison attended Cal Poly Humboldt and received undergraduate degrees in both journalism and political science.

TGP’s article did not assert that testing for transmission was part of the clinical trials.  That is not the point.  As long as Pfizer admitted that it was not tested for stopping the transmission then why did they advertise that it would prevent the transmission in the first place?

According to Lead stories, “In short, the trials that tested the safety and efficacy of the vaccine were not designed to test transmission in part because the trial size and duration would have needed to be larger and longer and the goal was to prevent deaths.”

EXACTLY! That is our point! Madison Dapcevich somehow revealed that Small clearly admitted that they did not test the Pfizer Covid vaccine on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market.

The assertion made by Dapcevich, that clinical trials do not check for transmissibility, is also false.

“Pfizer, based in New York City and maker of another leading COVID-19 vaccine, says that it will start swabbing participants every two weeks in vaccine trials taking place in the United States and Argentina, to see whether the shot can prevent infection,” according to an article published on February 2021 at Nature, two months after the Pfizer vaccine was authorized for emergency use. Isn’t this called a clinical trial?

She also mentioned that the vaccine’s ability to prevent transmission was assessed later in the roll-out of the vaccine, which was developed in response to a worldwide pandemic.

They can actually test for transmissibility if they want to, but they choose not to. And yet, the Pfizer COVID vaccine was marketed with the claim that it would stop the spread of the virus.

Let’s watch the video on how the globalists advertise the experimental shot:

Governments across the world colluded with big pharma and big tech to deceive the general public into taking the COVID shot.

On November 09, 2020, one month before the first COVID vaccine was made available under EUA, Pfizer released a news release claiming the vaccine candidate was found to be more than 90% effective in preventing COVID-19 in participants without evidence of prior SARS-CoV-2 infection in the first interim efficacy analysis from Phase 3 study.

“Today is a great day for science and humanity. The first set of results from our Phase 3 COVID-19 vaccine trial provides the initial evidence of our vaccine’s ability to prevent COVID-19,” said Dr. Albert Bourla, Pfizer Chairman and CEO. “We are reaching this critical milestone in our vaccine development program at a time when the world needs it most with infection rates setting new records, hospitals nearing over-capacity, and economies struggling to reopen.

“The first interim analysis of our global Phase 3 study provides evidence that a vaccine may effectively prevent COVID-19. This is a victory for innovation, science and a global collaborative effort,” said Prof. Ugur Sahin, BioNTech co-founder and CEO.

So that brings us to today.

Chinese-backed Lead Stories is pushing a straw man argument to mislead their readers and to defend Big Pharma and Big Tech.

Never trust Lead Stories.  They are as dangerous and as dishonest as their Chinese overlords.
