ABC News Chief Investigative Reporter: Americans Who Are Angry Over Trump Raid Are ‘Neo-Nazis’ Because Merrick Garland Is Jewish

The outrage amongst Americans over the unprecedented FBI raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home is anti-Semitic in nature because Attorney General Merrick Garland is Jewish, warns ABC News chief investigative reporter Josh Margolin.

“Far right, neo-Nazis, white supremacists” are are calling for violence following the raid of Trump’s estate because Attorney General Merrick Garland is Jewish, the corporate media talking head argued on Friday.

“As soon as President Trump put out confirmation on Monday that the raid had been done and was underway, we immediately started seeing factions on the far right, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, militia organizers calling for violence as they always have done against Jews — the attorney general is Jewish,” Margolin said. “Against the FBI, federal law enforcement, against other perceived enemies — enemies they perceive to be enemies of President Trump.”

“It was like clockwork, and then by the next morning, there was already a body of evidence online of this really ugly, terrible, violent rhetoric that had law enforcement incredibly concerned. You cannot believe for a second that the Attorney General and his senior staff at the justice department were at all blind to what was going to happen in the wake of this type of a search,” he continued.

Garland, who was involved in the investigation of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995,  uniquely understands anger directed toward federal agents,  Margolin argued.

“We’ve seen a really intensified environment online where people are calling for violence. It’s really, really unsettling and experts and law enforcement are watching it very very closely.

“They are concerned where we’re in a situation where there could be violent. Important to remember that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General is somebody who remembers the Oklahoma City attack, he helped lead the investigation of that attack and that attack was targeting law enforcement. Federal law enforcement. That’s what the bomber, 27 years ago was aiming for. To go after federal law enforcement. A lot of other people were killed. This AG knows the reproductions of violent rhetoric targeting federal agents. It’s serious out there,” he said. “The country is clamoring for what was the backstory that led to this unprecedented FBI search this week.”
The FBI reportedly refused to allow Trump’s attorneys observe their raid at Mar-a-Lago to make sure agents did not “plant” evidence as federal agents spent nine hours scouring Trump’s private office on Monday, as well as breaking into his safe and even digging into Melania Trump’s wardrobe.
The bureau and other federal government officials wouldn’t let anyone from his staff, including his attorneys, “anywhere near the areas” that were being examined during Monday’s raid at his palatial home, Trump announced on his social media platform Truth Social on Tuesday.

“Everyone was asked to leave the premises, they wanted to be left alone, without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking or, hopefully not, ‘planting,’” the former president wrote. “Why did they STRONGLY insist on having nobody watching them, everybody out?”
“Obama and Clinton were never ‘raided,’ despite big disputes!” Trump concluded.

Over 70 percent of Americans say the FBI raid on Trump’s Florida residence increases their motivation to vote during the November midterms, according to a new poll.

The survey conducted by the Convention of States Action and The Trafalgar Group shows 83.3 or Republicans said the raid has incentivized them to vote in 2022, while 55.2 percent said the raid increased their motivation to vote in the fall. The poll also found that 71.7 percent of independents say the incident increases their motivation to vote in 2022 as compared to 20.8 percent who say it doesn’t.
