Horowitz: Stop the pandemic treaty and global health fascism before it’s too late

 State, local, and federal bureaucrats’ control of our lives, liberty, and property without any due process, legal recourse, or legislative input was the hallmark of the Great Reset catalyzed exactly two years ago this week. Yet few states have passed meaningful reforms to immunize ourselves to such social transformation – and even bodily transformation – without representation from ever happening again. Now, global tyrants seek to create an international pandemic treaty that will globalize this tyranny, unless we stop it dead in its tracks today.

Last November, the World Health Organization held a special session of the World Health Assembly in Geneva to discuss the idea of creating a global pandemic treaty. In citing the need for such a treaty, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the WHO, identified the “‘me-first’ approaches that stymie the global solidarity needed to deal with a global threat.”

On Jan. 24, 2022, Tedros laid out before the WHO executive committee a “priority” to “urgently strengthen WHO as the leading and directing authority on global health, at the center of the global health architecture.” What would such a world look like? “We all want a world in which science triumphs over misinformation; solidarity triumphs over division; and equity is a reality, not an aspiration,” he added. He concluded, “We are one world, we have one health, we are one WHO.” 

In other words, they want to ensure there are no experiment “control groups” like Florida or Sweden – no escaping the mew world health order. Given the way the words “misinformation,” “solidarity,” and “equity” have been used over the past two years, we’d be foolish not to take his threat seriously.

This is a broad but subtle theme we are beginning to see from leftist politicians and globalist media figures. The rights of individuals and the prerogatives of nation-states do not matter. And there is a need to fully indulge your nation’s time, talent, and treasure – up until and including the sacrifice of individual humans – to remain in solidarity with what the global cabal deems as the new raison d'etre – be it COVID, BLM, Ukraine, or the next big thing.

This sentiment is not just limited to European elites; U.S. politicians have recently expressed disgust for individual rights. During a debate over constitutional carry legislation in the Georgia House, Rep. Shea Roberts lamented, “We’re so self-centered. It’s my freedom, my rights, my my my ...”

Well, what if an international body could monitor your every action and your every expressed view and dictate life-and-death decisions affecting every aspect of your life, liberty, and property during a declared global event? Just look at the censorship and cancel culture that emanated from COVID, BLM, Jan. 6, and now Ukraine and understand that these sinister characters are only getting warmed up.

The first call for an international health treaty was in the form of a March 30, 2021, WHO headline, “Global health leaders unite in an urgent call for the international pandemic treaty.” The UN agency made it clear what “We’re all in this together” really means. “The COVID-19 pandemic has been a stark and painful reminder that nobody is safe until everyone is safe.” Making “everyone safe,” of course, requires worldwide totalitarianism. The WHO declared, “This is an opportunity for the world to come together as a global community for peaceful cooperation that extends beyond the crisis” in order to keep “everyone safe.” The declaration was backed by 25 heads of government and international agencies, including top European leaders Boris Johnson, Emmanuel Macron, and Angela Merkel. And of course, the globalist puppet Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

In a press release two months later, the European Council announced that “the EU supports start of WHO process for establishment of Pandemic Treaty.” Following the WHO summit in November 2021, the European Council wrote a report earlier this month lauding the plan “to authorize the opening of negotiations for an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.” What is the purpose of such a treaty?

“More specifically, such an instrument can enhance international cooperation in a number of priority areas, such as surveillance, alerts, and response, but also in general trust in the international health system.”

Surveillance and trust! Doesn’t that sound familiar? No dissent will be allowed. National sovereignty and bodily sovereignty will be relegated to the ash heap of history, if they get their way. The EU is promising a progress meeting in August with the aim to adopt the treaty by 2024.

Make no mistake: This has nothing to do with public health and is not limited to pandemics. This is part of a systemic plan that they’ve largely succeeded in to use global bogeymen – be it a virus, an evil person, or movement – to centralize power, quell dissent, and induce social transformation without representation. This is why Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is now calling for a G7 Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) to combat what he calls misinformation on Ukraine, which is the new COVID. Evidently, the RRM surveillance of citizens has existed for four years already. As the Toronto Star reports, “the initiative is “shrouded in secrecy” and has already existed since the 2018 G7 Summit hosted by Canada in Charlevoix, Que.

It was launched as a three-year pilot program “to identify, block and respond to threats targeting G7 democracies.” Canada leads the initiative “through a special unit within Global Affairs that analyzes threat patterns and trends” by monitoring social media “with a particular interest in understanding the disinformation landscape.”

Three years ago is around when the censorship online commenced, kicking into high gear with COVID. Now we are seeing the same censorship play out with Ukraine, as the very people complaining about misinformation are the ones continuously promoting false stories to goad American GIs into war on behalf of Ukraine.

Two years after the Great Reset began, have red-state governments learned their lesson? If they hope to remain sovereign and free, red states cannot count on Biden eschewing this global treaty when he is likely involved in it. We must create our own treaty among willing state and county governments to pass sanctuary declarations codifying human, civil, and constitutional rights into the constitutions and charters of these states and counties. Individual legislators in several states have introduced rough language as follows:

“An individual’s right to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, device, or prophylactic may not be questioned or interfered with in any manner. Equality of rights under the law or access to places of public accommodation shall not be denied or abridged to any person in this state because of the exercise of the right under this section.”

Local governments must pledge to uphold all rights during a time of declared emergency and promise to block any federal enforcement of violations against free speech, the Second Amendment, bodily integrity, or freedom of movement – and that includes any international treaty. Let’s not wait until they unleash the next virus to build immunity against bio-medical fascism.
