Joe Biden on Friday delivered remarks on infrastructure from his fake White House set.

Biden announced his newly signed infrastructure law will allocate billions of dollars to repair bridges that are falling apart.

Biden struggled to read his teleprompter and forgot the name of his infrastructure czar.

Joe Biden appointed former New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu to oversee infrastructure spending.

On Friday, Biden almost called him Mitch McConnell.

But he’s totally fine.
