WTH? Biden Regime To Finish “small gaps” In Trump Border Wall...WILL NOT Finish Wall...Plans To Discard Unused Border Wall Materials

 Just days after it was revealed that arrests at the border have reached an all-time high for the month of November, the Biden administration decided that they will not finish President Trump’s border wall.  FOX News Reports–

“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Monday that it will use border wall funds to close some unfinished gaps in the wall that former President Trump started.

President Biden shut down all construction on the wall when he entered office on Jan. 20, leaving large sections of the wall incomplete and construction material sitting unused on the border.

The plan does not include the construction of additional miles of wall but would close “small gaps that remain open from prior construction activities and remediating incomplete gates.

DHS said the move is part of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ plan to use border funds “to protect border communities from physical dangers resulting from the previous administration’s approach to border wall construction.”

Biden’s disastrous immigration policy has led to border apprehensions reaching historic numbers.  More than 1.7 million illegal immigrants have been detained in Fiscal Year 2021, according to the CBP.

Upon taking office, Biden issued a 100 day halt on most deportations, stopped construction of President Trump’s border wall, and ended his “remain in Mexico” policy.  President Trump saw illegal immigration reach a 17 year low during his administration.  “Mayorkas has eviscerated our interior immigration enforcement apparatus—meaning that once an illegal alien enters our country, they become virtually impossible to remove,” Said Matthew Tragesser at the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

Biden’s immigration policy has had deadly consequences.  Last month,  a human smuggler with 6 illegal immigrants in his vehicle crashed in to a car, killing two.  The victims of the car crash were identified as a mother and daughter from Mission, Texas, ages 59 and 22.
