'She's playing the black card': Shocking moment pregnant NYC socialite calls cops to falsely claim a black woman is 'attacking her and her children' after the accused 'smoked in her neighborhood'

This is the shocking moment a pregnant Upper West Side socialite calls the NYPD, falsely claiming a black woman 'in her neighborhood' was 'attacking' her.
The white woman, who identifies herself as Svitlana Flom, 34, can be heard telling officers she was being 'threatened' while footage does not support this claim.
Flom, who is married to millionaire car salesman Gary Flom, also goes on to accuse the woman of 'harassing' her and 'threatening' her children; the clip posted online does not show that.
Sharing the footage online @_brownsugarbaby said: 'From 6:15pm - 7:31pm this woman, Svitlana Flom, felt the need to not only approach me but call the cops MULTIPLE TIMES ON ME!!
'She was too “Alarmed” that I was sitting “comfortably” in “her neighborhood!".'
In a statement police told DailyMail.com: 'On Friday, May 29, 2020 at 1852hrs, police officers responded to a 911 call of a harassment within the confines of the 20th Precinct.
'Upon arrival, officers spoke to both individuals who had a verbal dispute, there were no summonses or arrests.'

The woman who shared the footage has been not been identified. She added: 'The first call was because she THOUGHT I was smoking in public.. but by the 3rd call, it was bcuz I was “threatening her & her children !!”
'While giving my description, she exaggerated her story & made it seem like I was the aggressor. “THIS AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN IS ATTACKING ME AND MY CHILDREN!”
'She had tears that were off & on & she stated things like “She’s pulling the black card!”'

@_brownsugarbaby added: 'I probably could have just walked away!! I probably should have kept my mouth shut right ?! NAHHH!! I couldn’t understand why she was so mad!
'How you come over here just feeling sooooo privileged & soooo comfortable enough to tell me I should leave ?!
'She wanted to be a victim soooo bad!! NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO HER AID!! MULTIPLE PPL witnessed the ordeal & just wanted to make sure I was ok!'
Activist Shaun King replied to the post, writing: 'We will make this right.'
The footage bears a striking resemblance to the one featuring Amy Marie Cooper, who was dubbed Central Park Karen.
A viral video captured her hysterically calling the police on African American bird watcher, Christian Cooper, claiming he was 'threatening her life' after he asked her leash her dog in an area of Central Park known as The Ramble.
Cooper was swiftly terminated from her $170K-a-year job at Franklin Templeton, she may now be facing legal ramifications over her actions.
It also comes amid on going protests following the death of black man George Floyd in police custody. Video emerged of Floyd, 46, pleading for air as white police officer Derek Chauvin pressed a knee into his neck for almost nine minutes.
