The New York Times’ Jeremy Peters is coming under fire for this comment he made during an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell where he declared Joe Biden a better candidate against Donald Trump because of his “physical presence”:

Trump is more threatened by women than men. More likely to be thrown off his game. More likely to underestimate (see Pelosi, Nancy). And on some of the principal attacks on his character they are better positioned.
