Model Brooklyn Decker Responds To Body-Shaming Trolls: 'Children Sucked The Life Out Of My Body’

Model Brooklyn Decker is on the warpath against body-shaming Twitter trolls who voiced dislike for her new "gangly" body following the birth of her two children. According to Fox News, an ignorant troll drew Decker's ire on Twitter when they openly asked why her body had become so "gangly," saying they were confused since she "looked so good" starring in the 2011 romantic comedy "Just Go With It" alongside Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. The now-deleted tweet came from a woman who has since locked her account.
Rather than just ignore the troll, Decker said her two children "sucked the life" out of her body and left behind a "bag of bones."
"For the umpteenth time- because people love to comment on my body (or lack thereof) my children sucked the life out of my body and left behind a bag of bones," she forcefully said on Twitter. "I don’t know what else to tell you. I miss my boobs too — I don’t even know what to call them now."

Decker later got even more cheeky when she joked about not being able to buy new bras, adding that her old bras are "a daily reminder of what once was."
She tweeted, "The funny thing is I haven't had the time to buy new bras, so they are like empty shells of their former life. A daily reminder of what once was!"

I always wonder where my boobs went after having my two children...WHERE DID THEY GO?? Of course, I say this to myself, at night, in privacy. I don’t care who you are, not ok to say this to you!!

Decker's response earned more than 1,000 likes with multiple women thanking her for being so candid about post-pregnancy body-image struggles.
"I always wonder where my boobs went after having my two children...WHERE DID THEY GO?? Of course, I say this to myself, at night, in privacy. I don’t care who you are, not ok to say this to you!!" one mom said.
"Moms call those boobs 'socks with rocks' in ‘em... Happens to the best of us after having babies," another woman wrote.
"Omg! Are we living the same life? So much room," another wrote.
"I FELT THIS. everyday I feel like a bag of bones 84 lbs at 24 years old is not cute," another mom lamented. Decker replied, "Did it ever change?! did you go back to 'normal'? or did that become your new normal? That's how i feel.. This is just who I am now!"
At 31, Brooklyn Decker has two children with her husband, tennis star Andy Roddick. She has discussed body-image issues in past interviews.
"I was younger, I was insecure about being gangly and having no shape," Decker told Self magazine in January 2011.
"People made fun of me and called me a boy! I remember praying for boobs and a butt. Luckily, I grew into myself and got curves, but when I was first modeling, I wished for that boyish Gisele body again!" she admitted.
Decker said she no longer obsesses about weight and has developed a healthy relationship with food.
