He's a wheel idiot! Moment a Michigan man with a suspended license dials into his Zoom court hearing while DRIVING
A now-viral video shows the moment a Michigan man logged into his Zoom court hearing for a suspended license while he was seated behind the wheel of a car and then telling the judge he is just parking the vehicle for a friend.
Kevon Burns could be seen in the bottom right-hand corner of a Zoom hearing with five other participants while in the front seat of a car in the video, which was originally posted to TikTok on October 22 - and has amassed more than 483,400 shares as of Wednesday, with more than 6,000 comments.
Judge Erane C. Washington, of the 14B District Court in Ypsilanti, pictured in the middle of the Zoom call and presiding over the hearing, then asks him: 'Are you driving right now?'
'Yeah,' Burns replies, matter-of-factly.
Washington seems to be taken aback by his admission, saying: 'You're suspended and you're in court - first of all interrupting the court.'
At that point, Burns says he is 'not even driving,' he is just parking the car for a friend, claiming 'that's all I'm doing.'
'Alright,' Washington says, 'I'm going to need you to park the car and get out the car, OK?'

Burns says he is just parking the car for a friend, and asks the judge if she is having a bad day
But Burns does not seem to accept her order, and a blinker could be heard going off in the video.
'If you're having a bad day, just say that,' he tells the judge.
The judge responds: 'No I'm not having a bad day 'till you started talking while driving at the same time that you're suspended.'
It was not known what Burns did to get his license suspended or whether the judge punished the brazen defendant.
The person who posted the video, @savvibeauty, said the judge actually let him go after a commenter said the judge should drag him in on a bench warrant.

A man in a red sweater, identified in the video as Tyler Lewis, could be heard laughing during the exchange.
Some wrote that Burns seemed to be an expert liar as he tried to gaslight the judge.
'The blinker noise had me dead,' one TikTok user wrote, with Sagenergy writing: 'Not him trying to gas light the judge.'
Icon also wrote: 'He was so smooth and quick, I know he been lying his whole life,' and impetty4real said, 'It's giving me very much "My license has been suspended, what that gonna do ... I got keys," vibes'.
Aguardado76 added that the police 'suspended his license, not his ability to drive,' and Chiquana said, 'I can't believe she didn't stop the call and issue a bench warrant for an arrest.'
Under Michigan law, people caught driving a vehicle with a suspended license can face a misdemeanor charge.
The Michigan vehicle code states that a person with a suspended or revoked license is not allowed to operate the vehicle on a highway or places open to the general public - including public parking lots.
In some cases, individuals who violate the code can face fines up to $500 and up to 93 days in jail.
