BREAKING: Texas Appeals Court Keeps Abortion Ban In Place...Rejects Biden’s Attempt to Undo Law

 The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in the case of the Texas abortion ban. Texas can continue banning most abortions after the court rejected attempts by the Biden regime to undo the Texas law.

The Associated Press reports that in a 2-1 decision, a three-judge panel of the court granted Texas’ request to keep the law in place.

Since early September, the Texas law has banned abortions once a heartbeat is detected.

The Biden administration filed a lawsuit in September ignoring states rights:

While hypocrite Joe Biden claims to be a devout Roman Catholic, he advocates for killing babies in the womb even after a heartbeat is detected. As Doctor Ben Carson said, How can you say it’s not a viable human if you harvest its organs? Yes, the organs of aborted babies are harvested…brain, liver, kidneys, and other parts of a fetus. The truth is that the abortion business is a big business vying for different organs in aborted fetuses. This sick practice should sicken all Americans and Joe Biden. 

Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland just announced the new Texas abortion law setting up a legal fight after the Supreme Court recently allowed the Texas law to go into effect.

“After careful assessment of the facts and the law, the Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against the state of Texas.”

Garland claimed the act is “clearly unconstitutional”:

“That act is clearly unconstitutional under long-standing Supreme Court precedent. Those precedents hold, in the words of Planned Parenthood versus Casey, that ‘regardless of whether exceptions are made for particular circumstances, a state may not prohibit any woman from making the ultimate decision to terminate her pregnancy before viability.'”

ABC News reports that Attorney General Garland warned other states that he would also file suit against them considering a similar bill.

Under the Texas abortion law, most abortions would be illegal.
