Ilhan Omar Questions US Policy in Somalia – Remains Silent of Her Father’s Connection to Prior Murderous Regime in the Country

Ilhan Omar has many questionable issues with her past related to her name and her family’s connections with the brutal Barre regime.

Ilhan Omar wrote to the Biden Administration yesterday.

I have been deeply engaged on this question throughout my time in Congress, not only focused on the legal merits of individual strikes, but on how our militarized counter-terrorism approach to al-Shabaab fits into our overall strategy and policy towards Somalia,” Omar wrote in a letter to the White House on Friday. “In that respect, it is noteworthy that this week also saw reporting on the family members of Somali civilians killed by airstrikes conducted under the Trump Administration being unable to contact U.S. authorities or receive the condolence payments for which Congress has repeatedly appropriated funds.”

Omar has ties to the nation of Somalia.  This is where her father was the top propaganda official in the brutal Barre regime.

Omar’s father, Nur Omar Mohamed, changed his name and made his way to the US.  Because of his actions to cover up his past activities with the Barre regime, he is now reportedly illegally living in the US.

Omar also married her brother in an effort to gain his citizenship in the US.

The amount of corruption in the US is unfathomable.  This current government is part of it.
