Gunfire erupts at Boosie Badazz' music video shoot leaving one person in critical condition...six months after rapper was shot in the leg

Gunfire erupted out on the set of rapper Boosie Badazz' music video shoot in Huntsville, Alabama on Saturday, May 29, leaving one person in critical condition.

Huntsville Police responded to a report of shots fired at around 4:30PM, but no suspect is in custody and no motive is currently known, per TMZ

Though the rapper — real name Terrence Hatch — was not harmed, the incident comes just six months after he sustained a gunshot injury after being shot in the leg in Dallas, Texas.

A video of the incident posted to a Twitter account called Rap Updates TV, shows a crowd of 50 to 100 people dispersing after one shot was sounded.

In the 16-second clip, the rapper (pictured in a white T-shirt) was seen standing amongst a group of people who were wielding assault rifles.

Shortly after the lyric: 'Hold up, I open fire on him,' was sounded, one single shot rang out, though it does not appear the gentleman next to Boosie fired his weapon.

The victim of the incident was said to be a male in his twenties who police found sprawled out on the ground with a wound upon arriving to the scene. He was then transported to a local hospital.

When Huntsville Police attempted to question those at the shoot, the majority of those present remained silent on the matter.

At this time Boosie is not suspected of having any involvement in the shooting, but the incident comes just months after he himself was caught up in crossfire.

Boosie stopped at a performance venue in Dallas on November 14 to pay tribute to his friend and collaborator Mo3 who was gunned down on Interstate 35E in the city, days prior.

After the appearance, the rapper made his way to a local strip mall called Big T's Plaza, at which point someone opened fire on his sprinter van, striking him in the leg.

The suspects fled and the rapper and his crew made their way to a hospital where he was treated for the wound. He spent time in a wheelchair afterward and only recently begun walking.

Giving an update on his November injury in a May 26, VladTV interview Boosie said that he's not '100%,' but he's 'walking.'

'I'm walking. I'm performing now. It ain't 100%. I think I got on it too early. It might gotta go back in it, but I ain't got time. I'm supposed to be d**n near almost tryna run yet. I ain't running yet. My leg..it seems like my damn thing sticking out. Like you can hear it,' he shared.

There was said to be no connection between Mo3's killing and the Boosie incident, and two suspects by the names of Kewon Dontrell White and Devin Maurice Brown were indicted on charges of murder.
