Scary moment woman twerking on the roof of a Jeep gets dropped on her head during downtown Los Angeles celebrations for Dodgers' World Series victory

A Los Angeles Dodgers fan suffered a serious head injury after she fell off of a moving jeep while twerking on the roof of the vehicle during celebrations of the team’s World Series championship in downtown LA on Tuesday night.

A viral video clip shows a woman dancing on top of a black Jeep Wrangler that was in the middle of a downtown intersection on Tuesday night.

Video shows the woman dancing and gyrating on the roof of the vehicle as the driver hit the gas and spinned the rear wheels while the Jeep remained in place.

Another woman is seen emerging from the inside of the vehicle and peeking her head out of the open sunroof.

The crowdfunding effort identifies the injured woman as Brianna Reyes.

According to Zelaya, Reyes suffered a blackout and head trauma.

It was a marked difference from earlier this month when the Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA championship.

More than 75 people were arrested and more than 30 buildings and businesses were damaged as a downtown celebration for the Lakers turned chaotic.

Officials had urged fans to avoid crowds and practice social distancing when celebrating to reduce the risk of coronavirus.

County health authorities have blamed gatherings related to the Lakers’ and Dodgers’ championship seasons for spreading COVID-19 and preventing the county from reopening more quickly amid the pandemic.
