REVEALED: Two 'cannibals' who lured Virginia man, 28, to their Oklahoma cabin and performed an illegal castration offered their services online as 'eunuch makers'

Two self-described ‘cannibals’ who offered their services online as a ‘eunuch maker’ and kept body parts in a refrigerator removed the testicles of a 28-year-old Virginia resident as part of an illegally conducted gender reassignment surgery, Oklahoma police said.

Bob Lee Allen, 53, and his partner, Thomas Evans Gates, 42, were arrested by Le Flore County Sheriff’s deputies and charged on Wednesday with conspiracy to commit unlicensed surgery, performing unlicensed surgery, maiming and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Bail was set for each of them at $295,000.

Allen is alleged to have conducted the operation on a makeshift table in their cabin while Gates handed him the tools, according to investigators.

On October 13, a 28-year-old man walked into McAlester Regional Health Center in southeastern Oklahoma where medical officials noticed he was severely bleeding after his testicles were surgically removed the day before, The Oklahoman reported.

The man told hospital officials that he was castrated in a remote cabin in the woods by Allen, who told him he was a ‘cannibal’ who kept body parts in a refrigerator.

Law enforcement officials were notified by hospital staff. Investigators then went to the cabin outside Wister, Oklahoma, and found medical equipment, bloody refuse, drugs, and testicles frozen in a bag, according to The Oklahoman.

Allen allegedly bragged to the victim that he once killed a man performing a similar operation and that he had six other surgeries lined up.

The victim told police that he was awake for the entire two-hour operation after he was injected ‘in the needed areas.’

Investigators said the victim ‘stated that after the surgery was over that Allen said that he was going to consume the parts and laughed and said that he was a cannibal.’

The victim also said Allen talked about ‘the time he worked on someone that he described to be crazy and that he left the male opened up to die overnight.’

Allen and Gates are also alleged to have ‘tried to get him to participate in cannibalism,’ according to authorities.

The unnamed victim flew from his home state of Virginia to Dallas on October 11 after contacting Allen through a website while doing an online search about castrations, according to the sheriff’s office.

The website required visitors to register in order to gain access. The registration box included a welcome note ‘from theEunuchMaker and the EM Crew.’

Allen picked up the victim at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and drove him to his home in Oklahoma.

Allen allegedly told the victim that he had 15 years of experience and that he 'videos the procedures for personal use.'

The victim also told authorities that 'Allen told him that the surgery wouldn't cost him anything.'

The day after the operation, Allen agreed to drive the victim, who was profusely bleeding, to the hospital, according to police.

Initially, Allen is alleged to have told the victim: 'No morgue. No ER.'

Allen then told the victim that if he passed out or died, he would dump his body in the woods, according to investigators.

Authorities allege that Allen told the victim to tell hospital staff that 'he done it to himself.'

'I can't say it's cult activity,' Le Flore County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry said.

'It is something that we have never in my career run across in this part of the country.

'It is borderline some type of activity... We know there's a lot of rumors out there but at this time there's no danger to the public.'
