New York businessman, 51, moves to Mississippi to marry a 27-year-old FELON he has never met after falling for the former cheerleader on a prison dating website

A 51-year-old man has revealed he has moved to Mississippi to be with a cheerleader turned felon he has never met after connecting with her on a prison-dating website and sending her thousands of dollars over the past few years.
Scott, a business owner from upstate New York, opens up about falling for Lindsey, a 27-year-old Southern belle, and his desire to take care of her and her daughter on the season three premiere of the We TV reality series Love After Lockup
Lindsey was sentenced to four years in prison for possession of methamphetamine and a firearm, and in a preview clip from Friday's episode, Scott hires an interior designer to spruce up their new home in Olive Branch, Mississippi, a few days before her release.

'I do consider myself successful. I am a risk-taker, entrepreneur, and if I decide I'm going to do something, I make it work,' Scott says in his testimonial. 'But my dating life for the last 10 years, prior to meeting Lindsey, was always a short-term, as-needed basis.'
Scott insists he's 'not interested in getting involved with someone who is going to be a train wreck for the next 25 years' before recalling the unorthodox way he met his much-younger love.
'I came across Lindsey's profile on the internet,' he explains. 'I don't think it's really anything different than, maybe, Match.com or something, but they just happen to be in freakin' prison.'
When he wrote to her, she responded, and their 'relationship took off from there.' He believes she will one day be his wife, and he wants everything to be perfect when she comes home.

'I've never met Lindsey in person, but I am very much in love with her,' he says. 'I see marriage at this point, but no one in my family knows about my relationship with Lindsey.'

In the clip, Scott walks the interior designer through the house and shows her the magazine clippings Lindsey had sent him to give her a sense of her design aesthetic.
They only have two days before Lindsey's release, and when he is asked about his budget, he says he is open to 'anywhere from a dollar to a million.'
Scott can't resist telling the interior designer all about Lindsey and how he moved from upstate New York to Mississippi to be with her and 'start a new life.'
Things take a bit of an awkward turn, however, when the interior designer asks what Lindsey does for a living.
'So, Lindsey is, um...Lindsey is being released from prison,' he responds.
'Oh,' the decorator says, trying to hide her shock. 'Okay.'
The video then cuts to the Federal Correctional Institution Dublin, a low-security federal prison for female inmates in Dublin, California.
Say what? While talking to a friend in prison, Lindsey estimates that Scott has sent her $15,000 to $20,000 over the past few years

Lindsey is on the phone talking to someone about how she met her 'boyfriend' Scott through a prison dating website nearly two years ago.
'Scott wrote me with pictures. He seems really sincere, and we immediately clicked. I felt like Scott was different,' she says, explaining that a lot of other guys would 'want sex letters right off the bat.'
Lindsey, who has a history of dating rich older men, insists that Scott was the first person she felt she could 'connect with on a deeper level than a pen pal.' She says he's been supporting her both emotionally and financially while she is locked up.
'I would say Scott has sent me somewhere around $15,000 to $20,000 in the last few years,' she estimates, 'but he also takes care of my daughter, and he helps take care of my mom if she needs anything.
'He has really kept me going throughout my entire incarceration.'
