NYPD investigates after shock videos show a massive street party in Brooklyn with revelers simulating sex, twerking on top of cars and crowding onto sidewalks without masks

The New York Police Department is investigating shocking video that shows a rowdy street party taking place amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Footage from the large gathering was shared to Snapchat Sunday and shows dozens of revelers drinking and dancing without masks on as they stand in close proximity to one another.
The event - dubbed 'Quarantine Party' - was reportedly held in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn - which has been one of the areas hardest hit by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Data released by the New York Health Department Monday revealed that Brownsville has had more than 1700 confirmed cases of the coronavirus. More than 200 residents have died from the disease.

In one racy clip from the street party, two women are seen twerking on the roof of a car as a cheering audience watches on and loud music blares from speakers .
Meanwhile, another explicit video shows two revelers simulating sex on top of another vehicle, much to the delight of onlookers.
'Quarantine Life', the caption of the Snapchat videos read.
Footage from the event was also shared to Instagram, with one person writing in the caption: 'I'm Losing My F**king Mind I MISS HEARING CLUB MUSIC'.
They added the hashtag #FreeOutsidePlease.
As of Monday there were more than 191,000 cases of COVID-19 in New York City and nearly 16,000 confirmed deaths.
The incident comes after New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio ordered a crackdown on street gatherings as the weather warms up.
Referencing reports of people hanging outside Big Apple bars, de Blasio said Sunday:  'If you start to form groups of people and then 2, 3, 5 and it becomes 6, it becomes 10, it becomes 15, that violates what we're saying about social distancing and that puts lives in danger.'
'We are not going to tolerate people starting to congregate. It's as simple as that;.
A spokesperson from the Mayor's office told NBC New York Tuesday that 'that crowds like that [as seen in the Brownsville video] are not allowed, and should be broken up by police. Anyone who refuses to disperse should be issued a summons'.
