'Half your crew's not wearing them!' MSNBC reporter trying to shame people for not wearing masks is caught out by bystander

An MSNBC reporter was called out by a bystander for attempts to shame people not wearing masks when half of his own camera crew were not wearing them.
Cal Perry was delivering a Memorial Day report from Lake Geneva as hundreds traveled to enjoy the holiday weekend in Wisconsin, where businesses have reopened post lockdown.
He was caught out while delivering a live report, when he attempted to use a passer-by as an example of people not wearing masks, only for the man to hit back with 'half your crew's not wearing masks!'
Perry looked sheepish as he finished up his segment and shrugged at the comments about the crew's lack of face coverings.

The unidentified man was also filming the incident and the video was shared on social media showing how the crew were standing close together without masks on. It even showed Perry touching the arm of his cameraman to get him to turn around in breach of social distancing rules. The video shows the man walking past Perry and his crew and turning back around to stand beside them and film the report.
When Perry catches a glimpse of him, he motions to his cameraman to turn around, saying, 'As you can see, nobody's wearing them'.
'Including the camera man,' the man claps back.
'Half your crew's not wearing them,' he adds as he pans around to show the rest of the team.
'There you go,' Perry says before the studio takes over.

Perry had been saying that people in the area did not seem concerned about their safety as they gathered at the tourist hotspot.
'I met some people who live in the area, they were staying a few miles outside of town and they said they were worried. They're worried about the second spike, they're worried about people coming in from Chicago but they'll quickly add that this is a place that relies on that business,' Perry said.
'I think people here want a little bit more funding when it comes to these programs so that they can stay close. I think people think that the Supreme Court made the decision here in Wisconsin that it was time to open up,' he added.
Earlier in a segment, another passerby had shouted 'Go home' at Perry and crew as the reporter commented that there didn't seem to be any social distancing taking place.
'There's not a lot of care when it comes to the coronavirus,' Perry said.

On Sunday, Perry shared a video of lines of people crowded together in Lake Geneva claiming, 'just about everything is open'.
'Most folks up visiting from Illinois (where masks are required) to Wisconsin (where they are not),' he wrote.
On May 13, the Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down Gov Tony Evers' extended Safer at Home order, calling it was unconstitutional.
Almost immediately after, patrons packed together inside several bars, dancing and banging on the bar tops.
But, over the last several days, cases have continued to rise.
In Milwaukee, daily infections have surged from 260 per 100,000 in early April to almost 1,300 per 100,000 on May 22.
On Saturday, more than 20 percent of tests came back positive, the fifth day in a row this had occurred, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The county's goal is to have 10 percent or fewer tests come back positive, which it has not seen since May 9.
Evers had already announced plans for a gradual reopening of businesses when his order was overturned.
'This turns the state to chaos,' he said after the ruling.
'People will get sick. And the Republicans own the chaos.'
The state has reopened retail stores, state parks and golf courses.
Wisconsin has at least 15,863 cases of coronavirus and 517 deaths as of Tuesday evening.
