One Question On Twitter Just Set Off Ocazio-Cortez; Powder Keg Explodes With A Whole Bunch Of DUMB!
Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer.
That’s exactly what happened in an online Twitter exchange between Preet Bharara and Representative-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Preet Bharara, an American lawyer who served as the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 2009 to 2017, posed the following question on Twitter:
“What is not broken?”
Besides sounding like an angsty teenager in a cryptic, late-night post, Bharara certainly got more than he bargained for when someone a lot more famous than him (at least for right now) weighed in.
Alexandria Ocazio-Cortez responded:
“Activist movements.Community organizers.Neighborhood associations.PTAs.Us.”

Imagine living in an amazingly prosperous and successful country like America and complaining that everything is broken because you don’t like the guy who’s president.
And then imagine coming up with these answers like the ones from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for things that aren’t broken…

You know what … we can’t even. She’s so DOWN with the people though, right? …

These are non/extra-governmental agencies, some even mostly volunteer....is AOC a libertarian?!

Home Owner Associations are like mini north Korea's.
anything the government touches or controls is broken. the American People are able and willing to do great things if the government would stay out of the way.
Nope those are all broken too
Exactly. And this kind of statement makes me more firm in my belief that her heart and intentions are in the right place but she isn’t fully understanding the depth and breadth of the problem.
My personal favorite:
The United States of America. So don't try to fix it.
The NRA, America's largest civil rights organization.
Sadly, what is broken: unions.
Activists and Community organizers run Baltimore. It sucks. You should look into that
She tends to spew things that sound good but don’t expect her to really educate herself. I learned that after much back and forth with her campaign manager@Ocasio2018 is a sound bite politician
(oh and don’t expect her to care if there are no cameras / no audience around)
