WATCH: Monica Lewinsky storms off stage mid-interview over 'unagreed' personal questions about Bill Clinton

Monica Lewinsky stormed off stage when she was asked 'unagreed' questions about Bill Clinton yesterday evening.
The American activist, who had an affair with Clinton when she worked at the White House between 1995 and 1997, was asked if she expects a personal apology from the former president.
The 45-year-old immediately responded: "I'm so sorry. I'm not going to be able to do this," and walked out.
Ms Lewinsky was at the International Convention Center, in Jerusalem, Israel, when she sat down for the interview with Channel 2 News anchor Yonit Levi.
"Do you still expect that apology? A personal apology?" Levi asked, in reference to comments Clinton made earlier this year, in which he suggested a public 'sorry' should suffice.
But Ms Lewinsky claims questions about the scandal, which came to light in 1998, were "off-limits".
She posted a message to Twitter explaining her abrupt exit from the stage.
"After a talk today on the perils and positives of the Internet, there was to be a 15 minute conversation to follow up on the subject of my speech (not a news interview)," Ms Lewinsky wrote.
"There were clear parameters about what we would be discussing and what we would not.
"In fact, the exact question the interviewer asked first, she had put to me when we met the day prior.
"I said that was off limits.
"When she asked me it on stage, with blatant disregard for our agreement, it became clear to me I had been misled.
"I left because it is more important than ever for women to stand up for themselves and not allow others to control their narrative.
"To the audience: I’m very sorry that this talk had to end this way."
Israel's Channel 2, which hosted the event, released a statement thanking Lewinsky for her appearance while acknowledging that "we respect her sensitivity and wish her luck".
In June, Clinton told NBC News he did not believe he owed Ms Lewinsky a personal apology.
"I do not – I have never talked to her," he said. "But I did say publicly on more than one occasion that I was sorry.
"I apologised to everybody in the world."
