Cruel troll tells terminally-ill mum who delayed chemotherapy to have baby 'your awful choices killed her'

A cruel online troll told a terminally-ill mum who delayed chemotherapy to have a baby that her 'awful choices killed her daughter'.
In a shocking message, the troll told Heidi Loughlin, 36, she'd 'never given that child a chance.'
The horrific post called the dying mum a "selfish, lying, miserable excuse for a mother."
But brave Heidi, who exposed the troll to help other women who might be targeted, is determined not to let the vile comments bring her down.
Former police officer Heidi was three months' pregnant when she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive inflammatory breast cancer in 2015.
She ignored doctor's recommendations to have an abortion, and turned down super-strong life-saving treatment until her baby had a 90 per cent chance of surviving.
Baby Ally Louise Smith was born 12 weeks early via c-section on December 12, 2015 - but tragically passed away eight days later after developing an infection.
Now Heidi, who shares the highs and lows of her terminal Stage 4 cancer on award-winning blog Storm In A Tit Cup, has been told her "godawful choices led directly to Ally's death."
Heidi, from Portishead, Bristol, who is also mum to Noah, five, and Tait, four, has won a legion of fans online for her up-front and brutally honest blog about her disease.
But it seems not all her followers have been supportive of Heidi during her illness.
The troll, writing under the moniker Kitty Meijer, commented on Heidi's latest blog post last week.
They wrote: "When you already had two kids, you decided that they and your husband were less important than it was for you to be a martyr.
"You decided to f**k it all and delay cancer treatment, so you could have another baby.
"You force her to be born three months early and top your bulls**t even further, you complain that Ally was taken from you. You never even gave that child a chance.
"Cancer had nothing to do with her death, your godawful choices led directly to her death."
The shocking post concludes: "Thank God Ally got taken away from you, you selfish, lying, miserable excuse for a mother and human being.
"You made your cancer bed, now lie in it and die."
Brave Heidi made the decision to share Kitty Meijer's comment on her social media pages, to show that she is determined not to let online trolls bring her down.
Writing on Twitter yesterday, Heidi said: "Thankfully I’m made of Teflon but others out there are not. This little gem popped up on my blog yesterday.
"Yes I’m ‘feeding the troll’ but if others do ‘the right thing’ and delete and deal with it alone, do we think that’s healthy?"
And on her Facebook page, she added her thanks to her followers for their "overwhelming support", writing: "This is something else that even I don’t know what to say to."
Heidi has received almost 700 comments of support since sharing the post on her social media pages.
And speaking out about the cruel comment, she added that it is important to expose the troll to help other women who might be targeted.
She said: "I know someone writing under that name has targeted another mum who has also lost a child.
"I have such a lovely group of supporters, there was no way this person was going to bring me down.
"But I did want to share their comments to help other women who might be targeted.
"I think the word troll doesn't really go far enough, they are almost emotional terrorists. They are obviously very sad people who want to make other people feel sad like them.
"I think they might look at me and everything I've been through and think it's unfair that I can feel happy but they are clearly not."
