Mila Kunis Admits She Lives In A Bubble: ‘I Didn’t Even Know There Was An Opposing Side' On Abortion

Actress Mila Kunis admits she lives in a progressive Hollywood bubble that is so knee-deep in pro-abortion advocates she doesn't even know of a pro-life movement, much less pro-lifers.
Speaking on the WTF with Marc Maron podcast, Kunis reflected on the mean-spirited prank she pulled on Vice President Mike Pence by donating to abortion conglomerate Planned Parenthood in his name without his permission.
For those who do not remember, the former "That 70's Show" actress revealed on Conan O'Brien last year that she took a stance in the name of "reproductive rights" by way of a cruel prank on the vice president.
"Every month, to his office, he gets a little letter that says 'an anonymous donation has been made in your name,'" she said. "I don't look at it as a prank. I literally, I strongly disagree, and this is my little way of showing it. It's a peaceful protest."
Kunis told Maron that her cruel prank was just a joke that some people took personally. "It’s not that big of a deal," she said on the podcast. "I thought it was a funny joke. I was going to always donate to Planned Parenthood anyway." Kunis admitted she knew absolutely nothing about the pro-life movement or pro-lifers when she saw that an opposing side donated to pro-life groups in her name.
"So there’s an address that was listed online that’s not necessarily my personal address, but it’s listed as if it’s my personal address," she said. "So then people started giving donations to the opposing side, which I didn’t even know that there was one. Okay, I don’t want to promote it, whatever it is."
The pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List received nearly $300,000 after Kunis revealed her prank on Conan.
Kunis did, however, admit she was impressed with people putting their money where their mouth was.
"In return, I was like, at least I’m proud of people for putting their money where their mouth is," she said. "So like, okay, donate to your cause. If you really want this one thing to succeed, go ahead. I’m not mad at it. I was, you know, actually pretty impressed with people trying to like get one on top of me."
Marc Maron also admitted he donates regularly to Planned Parenthood and characterized pro-lifers as experts in "spiteful, grassroots organizing." This makes sense, considering his Netflix show "GLOW" dedicated a whole episode to Planned Parenthood propaganda.
