Desperate homeowner fed up with SEWAGE smell at £700,000 new-build resorts to guerrilla tactics to solve issue (4 Pics)

A desperate homeowner says he has resorted to guerrilla tactics in bid to get the stench of sewage stopped at his new-build home.
Mark Buller and wife Rhian bought their home in Frimley, Surrey in 2016 - expecting it to be the perfect place to raise their three young children, Emily-May, 12, Thomas, 9, and Holly, 4.
There was even enough garden space to entertain, barbecue, and let their dog Alfie frolic about.
But the barbecue remained covered on Monday when Get Surrey visited the Buller home to investigate the ghastly stench.
And Mr Buller expects it will stay covered as the sun we've been promised only makes it "worse".
There are 11 manhole covers on their reasonably small front lawn, which has a sewage pump for the entire estate buried under it and their home.
Mr Buller, 41, said: "There's been occasions when I come home from work at seven thirty at night and I've got guys in my garden. A; keeping the kids awake, but B; sending a horrific smell around the house.
"They've told me this was always in the sewage plans, but if nobody shows me the sewage plans, how am I meant to know it is here?
"They ignored me all week, so [on Monday], after a horrific weekend of smells, I put my car across the contractors entrance to stop any lorries getting in.
"Within two minutes somebody came down and dealt with the issue. I'm now having to resort to that in order to have somebody do something."
he father has also put up a banner outside his house saying 'Do not buy from Linden Homes'.
He added: "My concern is that I don't think I'll ever be able to sell it.

"I would have to be fully transparent. Out the back at the weekend I couldn't even let the kids out it was so bad. The moment the sun comes out the worse it gets."
"All I want is it off my property. If it's a big undertaking, I don't care. Why it wasn't put on that grass there, I don't know.
Steven Ott, construction director for Linden Homes South commented: “Through our regular contact with Mr Buller, the issue with the sewage pump station was brought to our attention and has been addressed with the fault being fixed on April 16.
"Since rectifying the pump, Mr Buller has informed us that there is a sewage smell coming from the manholes in the rear garden, we have therefore instructed for this to be investigated.”
