Woman given note asking for 'private arrangement' by random man in pound shop

An unknown man is allegedly handing out notes to random women in Middlesborough asking whether they fancy a "private £arrangement".
Pictures posted on Facebook show a typed message asking single, interested women to call the writer for some arranged fun.
"If you understand my meaning", the missive adds.
A woman contacted local Facebook page News & Incidents on Teeside to spread awareness.
"I was randomly handed this letter today on Middlesbrough High Street by a man I have never met," she said.
"He told me I'd dropped something and handed me a folder up piece of paper before quickly walking away. Just wanted to let people know in case any young/vulnerable girls are given it."
Apparently a few of the messages have been received in the area, the Gazette reports.
One woman, who asked to remain anonymous, spoke to the paper and said that she had been handed one of the notes in a pound shop in the Cleveland Centre, Middlesbrough.
"[It] can only mean one thing," she said.
“He just came over and gave me a folded piece of paper and walked away before I had a chance to really look at him. I just thought it was a leaflet at the time but I was gobsmacked when I opened it.”
The letter, she claims, was almost identical to the one doing the rounds on Facebook.

It reads:

“I don’t have time to talk right now.
“I am not looking for a girlfriend or relationship.
“I am looking for a possible private £Arrangement .
“If you understand my meaning.”
Multiple attempts to call the number on the note have all gone to voicemail.
“Eurgh, this gives me the ick so badly,” wrote Alex on Facebook.
However others questioned if the man is simply “lonely”. Michelle wrote: “He’s not actually committing a crime is he?”
